Maltose Binding Protein

MBP (Maltose Binding Protein) is purified from E.coli expressing the human MBP gene with an N-Terminal fusion Tag that is removed enzymatically following purification. The cells are grown in media where the sole nitrogen source is 15N labeled ammonium sulfate and sole carbon source is 13C glucose.

For a list of available labeled and unlabeled proteins see our catalog.
